360° Tour

An introduction to the forthcoming Ponant Explorers. Le Bougainville will have an identical interior to sister ship Le Laperouse (featured) and will launch in April 2019.

Le Bougainville is more of a private luxury yacht than a cruise ship, delivering a subtle blend of refinement, intimacy and comfort. Designed specifically to respect the environment, it is our choice at Discovery Yacht Cruises as the perfect vessel to explore the spectacular Indian Ocean Islands and East Coast of Africa. The yacht's sleek design allows access to smaller ports for exploration of hidden gems not accessible to larger vessels, a case of being in the heart of the destination - not in a cruise terminal.

With one staff member for every two guests, you will find yourself being welcomed onboard by name. The personalised service continues throughout your cruise, as the staff will remember your food and drink preferences from day one.

Stylish all-balcony staterooms and suites create an intimate country-club casual environment on board, whilst the imaginative décor features superior materials and soothing harmonious tones.

Guests will experience the French lifestyle - a subtle blend of casual, relaxed elegance and friendly hospitality - and can indulge in inspired, sophisticated and varied cuisine based on carefully-selected produce, impeccable service and talented chefs.

Le Bougainville explores the Indian Ocean
